Any damage caused to the café premises, property, or staff due to the actions or negligence of a participant shall be the sole financial responsibility of the participant concerned, and the Organizer and café shall have the right to recover such costs.

Participants are required to conduct themselves in a respectful, lawful, and consensual manner at all times.

Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, aggression, or violence will result in immediate removal from the Event, at the discretion of the Organizer or café staff, without refund and may be reported to authorities if necessary.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any communication, meetings, relationships, disagreements, or disputes that occur between participants after the conclusion of the Event.

All post-event interactions are undertaken solely at the participants’ own discretion and risk.

Cancellation and refund eligibility, if any, shall be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

Refunds will be processed only in accordance with the stated policy, and the Organizer reserves the right to deny refunds where conditions are not met, except as required by law.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes.

By attending the Event, participants grant the Organizer the irrevocable right to use their image, likeness, and voice in any media without compensation.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must inform the Organizer or event staff in advance; reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, but complete exclusion cannot be guaranteed.

All interactions between participants must be mutual, respectful, and consensual.

Consent must be clear and ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time.

Any form of non-consensual behavior, including unwanted physical contact, persistent advances, or verbal harassment, is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and may be escalated to café management or law enforcement if deemed necessary.

The Event is intended solely for social interaction and entertainment.

The Organizer makes no representations or guarantees regarding compatibility, relationships, or future communication between participants.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the Event.

Participants are not permitted to bring, purchase, or consume alcohol on the event premises.

Any participant found in possession of or under the influence of alcohol may be denied entry or removed immediately from the Event at the discretion of the Organizer or café staff, without refund.

The Organizer and café shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a participant’s violation of this policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
